Ingredients:
Preparation: Marinate cod fillet with salt and pepper. Boil stock with oil for 2 minutes then add in flour and stir till thickens. Baked cod fillet in oven at 200c for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over baked cod and serve with salsa or salad.
