Low Fat Diet Recipe : Baked Cod Fish

Ingredients:

  • 100g cod fish fillet

  • 1 tbsp chopped onions

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper powder, to taste

  • 5 tbsp of soup stock

  • 1 tsp of canola oil

  • 1 tsp flour

 

Preparation:

Marinate cod fillet with salt and pepper.

Boil stock with oil for 2 minutes then add in flour and stir till thickens.

Baked cod fillet in oven at 200c for 10 minutes.

Pour sauce over baked cod and serve with salsa or salad.
