Low Fat Diet Recipe : Egg White Omelets

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs white

  • 1 tbsp green pepper, chopper

  • 1 tbsp red pepper, chopped

  • 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped

  • 3 tbsp grated reduced-fat cheese

 

Preparation:

Lightly coat a pan with cooking spray. Sauté green pepper, red pepper and spring onion until slightly tender.

Pour eggs over vegetables. When partially done, spread cheese over half the egg and fold the omelet.

Continue cooking until cook through.
