Low Fat Diet Recipe : Crispy Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 170g chicken breast, boneless and skinless

  • 1/2 tsp ginger, ground

  • 1/2 tsp shallot, ground

  • 1/2 tsp garlic, ground

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt, plain

 

Preparation:

Rinse Chicken and pat dry then cut chicken breast in half lengthwise and pound flat.

Marinated chicken with grounded ginger, shallot, garlic, salt and pepper. set a side for half an hour.

Preheat oven to 400F.

Lightly spray a baking dish with vegetable spray.

Dip marinated chicken in yogurt then into bread crumbs.

Baked for about 40 minutes till tender.

Serve with your favorite low-calorie sauce.
