Low Fat Diet Recipe : Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless whole chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 4 ounce bottle low-fat Italian salad dressing

  • 1 green bell peppers, strip

  • 5 cherry tomatoes, cut half

  • Cooked spaghetti

  • Parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation:

Stir fry chicken and pepper strips until chicken is tender and peppers are still slightly crunchy. Add in salad dressing and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cooked for another 5 minutes.

Serve over hot spaghetti and garnish with parsley.
